The sharing of this information is prohibited by federal antitrust law. The alleged sharing of compensation related information has been the subject of several lawsuits against hospitals and healthcare-related human resource organization. Bereavement Policy

Hello.  We are considering the implementation of a bereavement policy/program.  Currently, any time off is taken out of the PTO bank. 

Do you define the number of days off a person gets by the relationship (ex: grandfather, aunt, etc), or do you give a straight numbef of days off?
