Dress Code Policy

Hello everyone,

As the days are finally getting warmer we are finding that many of our female employees are wearing capris and skirts to work.  We recently (a couple of years ago) revised our dress code policy and although we allow both skirts and capris/crop pants, they must be worn with nylons.  We are finding quite a resistance to having to wear nylons.  Would anyone be willing to share what their policy is on having to wear nylons with crop pants or skirts?

By the way a committee of 10 hourly employees, from all different departments created this policy.
